**ENROLLMENT FEE & GEAR PACKAGES**
The enrollment fee and gear packages, as well as the monthly recurring membership rates listed below, apply to all individuals between the ages of 5 and adulthood.
**DISCOUNTS**
A 10% discount is available for family memberships, active military members, and first responders. Please note that this discount is only offered in-house.
**CANCELLATION POLICY**
To cancel your monthly recurring membership, you must request and submit a "30-Day Cancellation Form" before your next due date. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation being processed for the subsequent month.
**REQUEST TO HOLD FORMS**
Request to hold forms are also available as an option.
