THAI 30 Fitness
is our Progressive 30min Muay Thai Fitness class. This class often utilizes Muay Thai strikes as well as light weights in order to train Fast-Twitch muscle exercises. This class will help increase explosiveness, speed and muscle endurance for Muay Thai. If you're short on time, beginning a new health habit, nervous about joining class, wanting to improve your Muay Thai stamina, or just simply interested in getting fit without the pressure of physical contact, this is the class for you! This class allows you to go at your own pace to ensure you FINISH and the best way to get that workout in. Always bring gloves to class just incase bagwork is in the agenda!
